Terms: How to bid: First you must register to bid by clicking the above link. This is your permanent bidder number for all auctions.
This auction ends on Tuesday May 27th, with the first item ending at 10AM Central Time. The next item closes 2 minutes later at 10:02 and this continues for each item.
If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the auction ending, the bidding extends to 3 minutes left. A clock above the item shows how much time is left for each item. Please be sure to hit the refresh button at the top of the page, or inside your browser to ensure that you have the updated time left.
You may place your bid in the next bid required box and it will submit your bid. If you leave a max bid, which is like an absentee bid at a live auction, then PVI will bid on your behalf up to your max bid if you are out bid.

Register: All bidders must register with PVI before bidding. By registering with PVI, you agree to all of the auction terms. All bidders must be in compliance with PVI in order to bid. PVI reserves the right to ban bidders for not following the auction terms.

Reserves: Some items on PVI do have reserves. These auction items are listed with "Reserve not met" to show there is a reserve. Buybacks are not allowed. PVI does their best to make sure reserves are reasonable.

No Reserve: All items without reserve are to be sold to the highest bidder. Sellers are not allowed to bid on their items, and not allowed to have someone bid on their behalf.

Equipment Condition: All equipment sold on PVI will sell in "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition. There are no warranties, whatsoever, expressed or implied. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect equipment and rely on their own judgment. There are no refunds on anything sold on PVI. Our PVI representatives do their best to take quality photos of all items to give the buyer an accurate representation of the item. PVI lists the seller's name and phone number for the buyer to use.

Buyers Premium: No hidden fees or buyers premium.

Payment: All successful bidders will receive an emailed invoice from PVI following the conclusion of the auction. The invoice will indicate where to send payment. Check or wire transfer accepted; $15 fee for wire transfer. PVI needs to receive payment within 7 days of the end of the auction. International buyers need to contact the auction company before the conclusion of the auction for payment options. We accept checks, and checks over $10,000 will need bank verification with them. After payment has been received, PVI will email a paid invoice receipt. This must be shown to the seller when picking up your equipment.

Removal: Successful bidders are responsible for picking up all of their purchased items within 21 days after the close of the auction. Buyer must present their paid invoice to the seller at the time of pick up, no exceptions. Any items left after the 21 days will be charged $20 rental fee per day, payable to the seller. If the buyer fails to pick up the item after 30 days, the buyer agrees at the sellers judgment to list the sold equipment on the next PVI auction, with proceeds paid to the buyer less any storage and commission fees. All removal expense, risk, & liability is the buyer's responsibility.

Title: There will be a $20 title processing fee on all titled items. All titles will be filled out completely after receiving successful payment from the buyer. The buyer will be contacted by PVI to find out the name for the title and the address of the buyer. Titles will mailed out no sooner than 10 business days of the buyer's payment being received.

Sales Tax: All applicable sales & use tax will be charged to all items on PVI, unless a tax exemption form is filled out. These forms will be made available and can either be sent with your payment or scanned and emailed.
